Waking up and seeing your face really makes my day.I love hugging you constantly, I really love the warmth I feel from you. Thank my love ♥. Just a couple of days ago you woke me up with this flashing light ball thingy. I was really touched even though I know I was not really showing it but am happy that even on that moment you were somewhere doing something else, you still remembered me and bought me that, knowing that you have little money left. Thank you so much. I hope that our love will forever grow and will never get tire of each other. I love you baby. Thank you GOD for giving him to me.

Thanksgiving

No work for the very first time. haha. Well, everyone's celebrating Thanksgiving Day. So of course, am thankful for everything that happened in my life. So first off I wanna thank GOD for giving me everything... everything seems so perfect now the only thing missing now is my old friends.... where are you guys??? Alli, Anne and the rest of the gang. I miss you guys. Can't wait to give out the groceries with you guys again. :) 

For work, everything is goooooood. :) Thank GOD for the best team yet. I love my team so am happy and contented. The people in it are just the best can't explain how great they are. I love you guys, you just don't know it. hehe. 

So, it's CHRISTmas.... will start creating a CHRISTmas list. hehe. need to budget everything >.< excited for CHRISTmas even tho I know am gonna spend it in the office again. doesn't really matter. haha.

Lastly, my family and boyfriend. They have been the best lately. hehe. I love you guys.

Calculator

Missing my previous team "Bastion", I was so worried when this week started. Because it was this week that I'll be joining the new team "Calculator", I got really sad to be separated from my teammates. But right now, it's actually kinda okay having new teammates and new team leader. They did kinda made me feel welcome and they were really friendly as well. Eventho some are just too much in their heads. haha. Well what I mean is, they even haven't reached the top point yet and they are yet to be there. Well, for those who doesn't understand, nevermind... hahaha. because I don't understand what I just said too. hahaha. Well... Adjustment again for another team... I guess I should just accept this change, as what they say everything happens for a reason. Well I should be happy. I should do everything for GOD's glory!! ^-^

WOW

I had my very first WOW last January. A WOW means that a customer really appreciated what agents have done for them by telling the supervisors how great they were. Weeeeeee~

Last week I won a Sodexho Gift certificate worth P400 for being the Top 1 with the most calls in a day. Then today I won again for being the Top 3 with the most calls in a day!!! Another P400!!! woohooo!!! So thankful to GOD! Then we had a raffle draw for the Over Time Commitments and then I won P100 worth of Sodexho Gift Certificate. I feel so blessed. One more thing, our team for the team Bastion also won a free breakfast for the most Resolved Calls!! Boo Yah! Thank YOU so much LORD!

Am happy that am able to buy things for myself, especially when I really can't go and ask my dad for it. I don't why but it just makes me feel shy or embarrased in asking something. So ever since I was younger, they would ask me what I wanted and I would say "it's all up to you". coz I would'nt know waht to say.

So I've always been kinda envious or jealous of people being able to ask from their parents. ugh! why can't I just say "can I pls have this, that, lalalalala" wahahha. well am happy that am able to buy these things all through my own earned money. ha! thank GOD for that. I have boought one of the things in my wishlist and now off to getting the next wish. hopefully it arrives before Sinulog, so that we can use it during Sinulog. hahaha. Am really happy that I can also give things to others as well. Just happy. =)

First Blog of the Year

Well, New year...... Was really sad before the new year came. Was home complaining that I had to be in the office for new year. Was up early and so ready for office. haha and to think I didn't want to go to the office. Ate dinner with family and Junel. Hugs and kisses to the family before going to the office. Junel and I hanged out near the office before my shift starts. The streets and stores were awfully quite with the rain dropping on the road, looking at the road made me feel sad. Hugged and kissed Junel a happy new year before going into the office. 


I was one of the first people in the office. haha. Had a new permanent cubicle, was really happy about it. :) Have my very own locker shared with Jai (our muslim princess, for real). Calls started, gave my new year greetings to my customers and messaged people in the emails as well, chatted with the family during the new year. I thought I was really going to be sad being in the office, but then seeing new great friends was really just okay. Hugged them and gave them a kiss for new year. :) Had a buffet at the pantry and ate together while chatting about things that happened in the office. Smiling, laughing about all the things, even though with a little bit of annoyance from our calls. But it was all great until the end of the shift. Am thankful for everything happened in 2009, new friends, new things, new beginnings as well. Happy New Year everyone and GOD bless. Let's start this new year with GOD's great love. ♥

First Call

Yehey! Am so happy! My first caller was resolved and she was really great! She kept on laughing and she was just happy with me helping her! Great! hahaha. and most of the calls were just supposed to be transferred, I had 6 calls, 2 resolved, 3 transferred, 1 call back. Great! for a first timer like me. hahaha. Happy yo yo yo~!! thank GOD!!!!
